Our venue has free valet parking. You are able to leave cars overnight at Regatta Place. If you are staying locally, there are also Uber/Lyft services available. Or take a water taxi from downtown!

If you’ve decided to leave your car overnight you can either leave with the keys from the valet before leaving Sunday night or they will be available to provide keys the next day between 9am-12pm.

Please arrive 30 minutes before ceremony time. Traffic may be heavy in Newport due to boat weekend so please plan accordingly. This way you will have time to drop cars to valet, find a seat and get comfortable. At the 4:30 mark the doors to the boardwalk will be closed to prepare for the wedding. We thank you for your understanding! Should you choose to arrive earlier than that the venue will direct you to the pub just across the street if you'd like to grab a drink!

Semi-Formal Attire. Please be aware that Regatta Place is an outdoor venue. The ceremony and reception will be taking place on the dock.

As much as we love your children, our wedding will be an adults only event. Enjoy a parents nice out! Thank you for understanding.

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can continue our planning process accordingly. However, the deadline is August 1st 2026. If we haven't received your RSVP by the deadline we will have to assume you won't be attending.
